Bachelor degree means 10+2+3 or 10+2+4(For professional courses). So in your case 10+3 is not a bachelor degree. So you can't apply APPSC.

The cutoff information for M.Tech admissions at Rajiv Gandhi University of knowledge Technologies in Andhra pradesh.

M.Tech Admission :

General Eligibility: 

Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E degree with a core branch such as civil , computer science , chemical , Electrical , Electronics and  Mechanical.

An aggregate of atleast 60% marks is required for eligibility.

Admissions are primarily based on valid scores from the gate exam and follows by an interview process.

The candidates aspiring to get admission at NIT Andhra Pradesh through GATE CCMT exam must posses a degree equivalent to or higher to bachelor’s degree in engineering/ technology/ architecture/ science/ humanities to appear in GATE CCMT 2025. So, there is no point in asking that how much percentage a student needed in 12th exam to crack GATE. Students just need to pass to be eligible for a degree course. They can apply for the exam and get into NIT Andhra Pradesh if they get a decent rank.
