Possibility of Admission to VIT Andhra Pradesh
It may get very tough with an Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank of 9202, yet the chances of undergoing admission into VIT Andhra Pradesh under the BC-E category are not entirely impossible. Actual admission cutoffs every year vary due to the number of applicants, available seats, and how popular a particular programme is.
For instance, admissions in Computer Science Engineering, normally a most competitive program, would generally find their cutoff ranks lower than or roughly about 5000. On the other hand, there exist some programs whereby students are admitted at comparatively higher ranks.

Free Seats in PharmD under 8952 Rank EAPCET
To check your eligibility for the free seat in PharmD with an EAPCET rank of 8952, you need to consider many factors.
You need to consider that the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test ranks students for their performance and the availability of seats in pharmacy colleges each year.
Most often, only students with a good rank get free or subsidized seats; hence, at rank 8952, it would be hard to get a government seat because they do not provide very much lower ranked seats.
Private institutions may have something to offer based on their admission policy a

To compare which NIT is best for an M.Tech course among NIT Trichy and NIT Andhra Pradesh, candidates can consider one of the major factors i.e., ROI (Return on Investment). The tuition fees of both NITs for M.Tech course is INR 1.4 lakh, but the average package provided by the NIT Trichy for M.Tech is INR 10 lakh, and on the other hand, the average package provided by the NIT Andhra Pradesh is INR 6.1 lakh.
