Shall hold a Certificate of Competency, issued by the Govt of India or equivalent, either as Master (FG) / MEO Class I (FG) / ETO /GMDSS (GOC) And Hold a certificate for "Training Course for Trainers and Assessors" (TOTA). Have Fluency (both spoken and written) in the language in which the course will be conducted. |
