Hello Raghuvamsi,
You have obtained reasonably good ranking in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET. However almost every student give CSE as the first choice. In view of this if a student desires to get admission in this branch then he need to be in top percentile bracket. I am afraid you are not in this bracket.

I got 32320 in Andhra Pradesh eamcet. Then I get CSE seat in rvr&jc college or lakireddy balireddy college or vvit at last counselling.

You have not written about the category and home state you belong to. However based on your JEE Main category rank if you belong to to SC, then you can get the following in NIT Andhra Pradesh.
1. CSE
2. ECE
3. EEE
4. Mech etc.
