No, you won't have a chance of getting SVU. So please choose other colleges as per your interest. You will get many good colleges with your rank.

Andhra Pradesh EAMCET considers AU and SVU region students as locals and remaining all Telangana and any other states regions students are considered as non-locals.

Veltech is better for any branch. It is a deemed university. It has many tie-ups with foreign companies to provide placements to the students. SVCE is also good, but compared to Veltech, it is not up to the mark.

Yes, with this rank you can get admission in JNTUK CSE branch in other JNTUK and you can get IT in Narasaraopet JNTUK.
