Yes, you can easily get seat in SASTRA with the JEE percentile and 12th marks. There are even chances for you to get CSE branch.

If you have got 25 K rank in OBC then no chance and if your CRL is 25 K then you can get NIT, Andhra Pradesh.

Yes, if you belong to Andhra Pradesh and want to take admission in NIT, there are quite less chances for you to get a seat in any of the remaining branches in last rounds.

Basically, there are 3 sections in CAT exam - verbal ability, DILR, Quants.
Verbal ability-
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do proper analysis of articles on editorial page. Try to make summary of articles that you read para by para. However, reading newspaper won't be sufficient. Start solving RCs on a regular basis with proper analysis.
DILR-
