Yes, JNTUK is a good University. Almost all of the private colleges in 8 districts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh are affiliated to JNTUK.
People consider JNTUK is the best college after JNTUH and the best compared to JNTUA.
Note: Here we are not discussing about AU, OU and SVU.

You can definitely apply for Anna University and in affiliated universities.
