First year, fees is RS 82,850. and total fees for 4 years I e. RS 3,31,400. hostel fees I am not sure but approximately Rs 10,000 per month.

Obviously, SVCE is better for any stream. As you are interested in ECE, it is better to join SVEC, because placements are in good number there.
