There is only single institute which offers CA course and it is enacted with a law passed from the parliament, it is the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.

As you are from BC-B category and your rank is also good, I hope there should be definitely a chance to get you a seat.
But, I'm saying there's a chance to get but cannot guarantee because if there's any person with lower rank and higher priority category then they may have get the chance.

As per the UGC guidelines, no college in India can offer engineering and medical courses through distance mode. Doing this is illegal. So, you ought to go for regular mode.

Of course, go for NIT. They are the best in placements after IIT.
