You have a good percentage in CBSE Board. But, it is not sufficient for Sastra University, can you mention your predicted JEE Mains score? If it is above 100, then you have fair chance.

You can prefer Arihant books or any other books you come across which has good reviews and ratings. But make sure to prepare according to Syllabus.

Andhra University-B.Ed admission Eligibility:
Applicant must passed BA/B.Sc or an equivalent degree at graduate level depending on the requirements for the particular course. The eligibility for admission is 45% aggregate in the qualifying degree examination. So, sorry to say, you are not
