You have to score 60% and above in class 12th & for better chances, score atleast 75% and above. This will make you eligible for IIT JEE, MERI, IMU, CET, AUCET.

Yes, there is possibility of getting into ECE or mech but you try CSE also. Please participate in the counselling conducted by AU from June 5th onwards.
