NID is the best. Other than NID, Whistling Wood, ACAD, Frameboxx, etc. are good.
But before taking admission to any college, try to find out whether they have their own studio or not because field of animation requires perfection on your work, course doesn't matters.

The only requirement and key to success in the field of animation is that you should be creative, you should have some ideas. Drawing skills is a secondary matter of concern because it can be developed in later phase.
