There are different specializations in the field of animation. For example- 2D Animation, 3D animation (Modeling, Rigging, lighting , compositing,VFX etc), Stop motion, Motion graphics, game design, graphic design, UI and UX designer. Research about these and get to know in which specialisation you're interested in.

Yes, you're eligible. You also require creativity skills. Knowledge of programming languages can be an added advantage. You can pursue Bachelor's degree or a certificate course in animation for game design.

To be an animator, you need creativity and willingness to work hard. There are many Diploma and certificate courses available. Some of the renowned institutes offering animation courses are :
-Arena Animation( Rs 1.55 L to Rs 2.8 L)
-MAAC (Rs. 65K to Rs 3,50,00)
ICAT (Rs. 30 K to Rs. 3L)
- Achary (Rs 99k- Rs 1.5L)
Apart from this, there are smaller and lesser known Animation institutes all over the city which will provide equally good education will lesser cost. However, it is up to your and your parent's judgment to find out if the facilities and equipment are good before taking admission.
