Java and web designing is a part of BCA if you have done BCA from a good and reputed college then there is no need of special courses!

Yes, why not? It is better to pursue animation after 12th only because you will get more time to enhance your intelligence in that field and overall you have to spend more than 6 Lacs for 3 to 4 year course.
