The exam will be conducted online (Computer-Based Test).
Duration: 3 hours
Total Questions: 160 (MCQs)
Mathematics/Biology: 80 questions
Physics: 40 questions
Chemistry: 40 questions
Marking Scheme: 1 mark per correct answer; no negative marking

AP EAMCET will be conducted in 3 languages: English, Telugu, and Urdu. The candidates who want to take the exam in Urdu can only appear for the exam at Kurnool at the specified exam centres. The question paper will be in Telugu and English in all the other centres.

In Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, each correct answer is given one mark. Final score of candidate is calculated based on total number of correct answers. Andhra Pradesh EAMCET considers marking two options for a question as incorrect. However, there will be no marks reduced for leaving a question unanswered. There will not be negative marking for incorrect answers.
