AP EAMCET

The TS EAMCET exam duration is 3 hours, or 180 minutes.

The morning slot from 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, and the afternoon slot from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM.

The purpose of TS EAMCET is admission into first-year professional courses. It is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE).

TG EAPCET, is the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test. The exam will be held at the state level for admission to BE, B.Tech, BPharm, PharmD, B.Sc, B.FSc, and BVSc courses.

The TS EAMCET exam is held in computer based test mode. The exam has a total of 160 questions. Check below the section-wise questions:

• 80 questions in Mathematics
• 40 questions in Physics
• 40 questions in Physics

• The TS EAMCET engineering exam was held on May 9, 10 and 11.
• The TS EAMCET Agriculture and Pharmacy exam was held on May 4 and 5.

TS EAMCET is usually considered moderate to tough. If compared to JEE Mains, the competition is not much, but the difficulty level can be almost similar.

The candidates must prepare using the syllabus, which is at the class 12 level. Follow the exam pattern and use previous year papers for practice.

As you know, there is no slot booking for both these exams. COMEDK 2026 was conducted on May 9th in three shifts. The TS EAMCET exam was scheduled from May 9 to 11. In case of a clash you can send an email to the TG EAPCET authorities and ask for a revision of your TS EAMCET exam dates. This way, you can give both exams.

AP EAMCET 2026 is conducted for engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture. If the candidates want to appear for the engineering entrance test, they must study Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. For the agriculture and pharmacy exams, candidates must study Biology, Physics and Chemistry. 

A good score in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET depends on college and the course candidates want to apply. Getting above 140 out of 160 is an excellent score. A score between 90 and 110 is a good score to get admission to the preferred colleges and courses. 

The difficult subject to prepare for in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2026 is Mathematics compared to Chemistry and Physics. Candidates must spend more time understanding the basics of maths. They should solve as many question papers as possible to improve their preparation.
