The NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) or the counselling authority for Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling will release the Andhra Pradesh NEET 2025 cutoff after the conclusion of the counselling process. Moreover, after each round of counselling, a seat allotment list and merit list will be released, which will indicate the lowest rank or score at which a seat was offered, based on which the round-wise Andhra Pradesh NEET cutoff can be calculated.

In general, the institute reporting process for Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling is conducted for three to four days for each round. Candidates will have to check the important dates carefully and report to the institutes within the deadline. In certain cases, the last date of reporting to the institutes is extended.

Yes, after the declaration of the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling seat allotment result, candidates will be given the option to upgrade the seat choice. Based on that, the counselling authorities will upgrade the seats depending on the choices entered by candidates, in case the desired seat is vacant after the institute reporting process is concluded. However, candidates must note that in case they accept a seat by reporting to the allotted institute, they will not be eligible to participate in the next round of Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling.

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), or the counselling authority of the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling, releases the seat matrix for before each round. Candidates have to fill and submit choices of MBBS and BDS seats based on the seat matrix of Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling for that particular round. For Round 1, AP NEET 2025 Counselling seat matrix was released on August 19, 2025, along with the commencement of the web options or the choice filling process.

Yes, it is mandatory to carry the original documents at the institute reporting process of the Andhra Pradesh NEET UG counselling process. Although candidates can carry the photocopies as a backup, but during document verification, they will have to present the original documents.

The list of documents required for the Andhra Pradesh NEET UG counselling are given below:
- Seat allotment letter
- NEET 2025 admit card
- NEET 2025 scorecard
- Class 10 mark sheet/Birth Certificate
- Marksheet of Class 12 or equivalent
- Transfer certificate
- Aadhaar card (or any other valid photo ID proof)
- Study certificate (s) from Class 6 to 12
- The residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parents issued by MRO/Tehsildar (if applicable)
- Special Category certificate (if applicable)
- Caste/Community certificate (if applicable)

The late registration fee for the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling will vary for different candidate categories. The following table brings the category-wise Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling registration fee.

NTA released the NEET 2025 cutoff along with the result on June 14, 2025. This year, the NEET cutoff has substantially reduced compared to last year. The table below brings the category-wise NEET 2025 cutoff percentile and scores.

As per the Andhra Pradesh NEET 2025 counselling reservation criteria, the reservation percentage is 15 per cent and six per cent for the SC and ST categories respectively. The Backward Classes are segragated into five sub-categories and the reservation percentage ranges from one per cent to seven per cent. Apart from these categories, there are reservations for Army, NCC, PWD, Police Martyr's Children, female candidates and EWS. The category-wise reservation structure is given in the table below.

Eligible candidates willing to participate in the Andhra Pradesh NEET UG counselling process have to fill and lock the choice of seats based on the seat matrix.
