There are no chance of getting admission there, as of ST category the seats close within 1000 rank.

First of all which college? And, second thing is that I believe you didn't pass the NATA exam, as it is below the eligibility score (if not, then don't mind). And second thing is, that with these scores in both JEE and NATA it is impossible to get admission in a government architecture institution. You may try for some private colleges like Amity University or Galgotias University.

Admission to the course is based on the candidates performance in a relevant entrance examination, such as GATE, CEED, TANCET etc. some such exams are listed here with their details.
GATE- Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is conducted jointly by IITs and the Indian Institute of Science. The minimum eligibility to take the test is graduation.
CEED- Common Entrance Examination for Design is conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and IITs.
Also, there are some colleges and universities that conduct their own entrance tests for admission to the course, while some offer direct admission too. Candidates aspiring for admissio
