Architects often do pre-construction assessments to determine the feasibility of the project and any environmental impact the structure might have. When the pre-construction assessment is complete, an architect will then develop the final construction plan, including construction details and building appearance.

KIITEE B.Arch is an exam organized by KIIT Institute for aspirants who want to take admission in KIIT for B.Arch programme. This completely depends on you, though there are ample amount of job opportunities after M.Arch, but if you go for higher studies you are definitely adding and expanding your knowledge and scope. It is always good and helpful, if you have more knowledge and higher degrees. NIT depends completely on you and your circumstances, if you want to pursue higher studies or start working. There is no practical relations between B.Tech in computer Science and B.Architecture. As you know that these two have no direct relations.
However, if you are asking for difficulty level, then I would say that B.Tech CS is more difficult than B.Arch. Actually, this is my personal bias. Some students may find B.Tech CS very easy. So, the difficulty level is all a relative term. Out of the given two options, which one is better, completely depends upon you and your future goals. If you want to make career in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hacking, or any computer (or IT) related stuffs, then B.Tech CS is the best option, wheares B.Arch will leads you somewhat in civil engineering fields. This gives you the chance to become an Architect, Planner, Designer etc.

B.Arch involves the basic to the most advanced things of architecture. An architect is basically a professional who deals with the design and construction of buildings.
