No, if you want to pursue B.Arch from SPA-Delhi then you have to appear in JEE Mains paper 2 which is especially meant for architecture and planning.

If you are interested in programming then BCA is a better option. You may even opt for B.Sc in IT or CS, but BCA being a specialized course, it may have a higher value.

Of course, yes. For getting admission in SPA, you have to appear in JEE Mains Paper 2 which is meant for architecture and planning.

Part time courses in PG are normally offered by colleges to students who are serving or doing some job. If there is a college in the place where you are working, the you must make an attempt for this.
