SRM
BITS
Galgotia
NIRMA University
UPES Dehradun
AMITY
SHARDA
LPU
which are having high placement records and the decorum here will make your personality development.
For you, SRM Chennai will be best.

Doing B.Arch from NITs and IITs is advisable but if you have tried but couldn’t get admission then go for your choice but check about the college profile before.

The chances to get any govt college with just 99 marks are slim.
Still, I suggest you to apply for counselling of govt. colleges. You may get any prestigious college for B.Arch with 99 marks.

You can get NIT Jammu Kashmir for sure and you will get other NIITs colleges but if you think to have more no. of colleges and universities, you can check for JOSSA site and check out the last year opening and closing of branch ranks and college.
