The definition of better varies from person to person and is influenced by personal inclinations and one's strength.
It totally depends on you. From my point of view, I'll prefer B.Tech in civil engineering due to more job prospects in government sector. After doing your B.Tech from civil engineering, you will have more options than B.arch. You can give GATE, IES or if you want to go in management field then you can give GRE, CAT and XAT. So, all over, I'll prefer B.Tech in civil engineering over B.Arch.

It's not possible. You need to either appear for NATA or JEE Mains paper 2. There might be a few average colleges which may provide admission on 12th percentage but it will not be worth pursuing B.Arch from such colleges.

B.Arch and MBA are two diverse courses and difficult to compare. However, to answer your question straight, MBA will is a relatively simple course because there is no technology or highly complex subject in its syllabus. Any person with good analytical skills can obtain MBA degree with minimum and reasonable effort & hard work.

Dear,
For Masters in Architecture, you should have B.Arch degree. According to that, you are not eligible.
For Bachelor's degree, you need to check the age bar and other eligibility criteria.
All the best.
