Hi Basanta,
The question to your answer will depend on what you want to study and admission requirements of the universities. Every program and University have their standard set of admission requirements. How you join a good college is by meeting these criterion. Take the GRE to study in US. Not required in Australia. Take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency requirement. Check https://studyabroad.shiksha.com for university options, budget, requirements etc. Remember your SOP and LORS will.also matter.

Its a wrong information. 12th marks+ NATA scores are considered for merit seats. For Management quota seats, minimum of 55% marks in 12th + NATA is required.

No. Syllabus does not vary from college to college, it only differs from university to university.

Yes, there are good chances to get a reputed government college seat for B.Arch with a score of 138 + drawing scores which I am assuming the total to be around 180 or 200.

Cut-off varies with different colleges. For example, 975 would be the GM cut-off rank for SPA Delhi (a score of around 250-270).
