You will have to go through your B.Arch syllabus and study all the important topics in HOA, TOA, Building Services, etc. and the main subjects, of course.

Cut-off marks varies from college to college, but yes, for a good college, you require a score of 200-220. An even better score like 250-270 will land you in SPA Delhi.

Any college requires JEE or NATA scores for admission into B.Arch.
