Hi,
Go for JEE Mains paper 2 for getting admission in the best college which is School of Planning and Architecture (SPA). Others would be NITs and IITS.
The exam shall have 3 sections: Aptitude, maths and drawing (Memory, 2D Design).
Go for NCERT books first for your preparation.
Few useful reference books besides the CBSE NCERTs are:
1. A Complete Self Study Guide for B.Arch 2015 Entrance Examination (English) by P.K Mishra, Arihant Publications
2. Verbal & Non Verbal Reasoning Book by R.S. Aggarwal
3. Architecture Entrance Book by P.K. Mishra
4. Skills in Mathematics Algebra for JEE Main and Advanced by S K Goyal

You may check Cornell University, MIT, University of California - Irvine, University of Massachusetts -Amherst, University of Pennsylvania to name a few. Check the websites for majors in your field.

There's nothing to do with your percentage. And, I don't think you'll get any decent college. I belong to OBC category and got 180 marks but still, I don't think I can cross any of the college's cut-off.

Predicting cut off is a very difficult task as it's based on various parameters like difficulty of examination, number of applicants, the highest marks scored but to have an idea you can check last year's cut off. From this year even the board's marks will not be considered, hence prediction is even tougher.

The required score to get into NITs for B.Arch is between 200-240, with the top notch NITs requiring a little higher score then 240.
