In karnataka, I feel you have a few better options - such as Manipal Architecture, RV Architecture, BMS Architecture, BGS School of Architecture and Planning.

Both the institutes have their own positives, what is your main criteria in selecting these 2 colleges ? If you come down to your criteria maybe you will be able to figure out which college suits you.
