According to me SIR JJ college of Architecture is well known for its academics.

B.Arch is a premium course and very less number of colleges in India have Architecture, ofcourse B.Arch admission is very competitive when compared to B.Tech only because of the opportunities one has after they pass B.Arch

JEE Mains paper 2 is for Architecture, so I think you dont need to .
