It will be difficult to provide a list of best institutes as the definition of best varies from person to person depending on various parameters.
Before seeking admission in any institute, kindly check the parameters such as affiliation, accreditation, fee structure, curriculum etc.

Yes, you can pursue B.Arch course after Diploma in Civil Engineering, as the eligibility for B.Arch is passed 10+2 in any stream with Maths and minimum 50% marks in aggregate or 3 years Diploma in any engineering stream with minimum 50% marks and for some institute only qualified in Architecture Aptitude Test (NATA/AIEEE/SET).

NATA - National Aptitude Test in Architecture exams is the qualifying exam for architecture throughout INDIA. A minimum of 90 marks in Nata is compulsory. Also to get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Mathematics as compulsory subject.

Hi Devendra,
To study architecture at graduate level, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
Some of the entrance exams in Architecture are:
1. National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).
2. Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED).
3. School of Planning and Architecture Engineering Entrance Exam.
4. All India Engineering / Architecture Entrance Examination.
5. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University B.Arch Entrance Exam.

Yes, the course fee needs to be paid for complete 5 years, even if you drop this year. But you can get scholarships for B.Arch 1st and 2nd year and can continue with the course.

Hello,
German degree is valued and highly appreciated in India. Job prospects are available worldwide. You can find jobs in central government, state or local government offices dealing with urban planning or infrastructure planning. However, government jobs in India are not easy to fetch. Other than this there are many construction companies and real estate firms hiring graduates in this field. Academics is another good career option.
Salary will depend on your designation and job profile. It may range from Rs.25k to Rs.50k per month.
