Which is better an orange or a lime? Both are fruits and both are citrics. Or better a heart surgeon or a brain surgeon? Both made surgery.
My point, architects and civil engineers are different, make different things and have different specialties, their fields cross paths all the time, but they are not the same. They can do more or lest the same things but that does not means they have the same qualifications.

Hi
You need to hv physics and maths in 10+2 to pursue architecture in USA. Even in India from 2018, any students from commerce with maths will also not be eligible as per the announcement made by Council of Architecture.

Definitely you can go for Architecture programs without appearing for NATA or JEE mains 2. You can appear for university examinations conducted by themselves only. Also you will be eligible for some scholarships offered by the university. You should check out the following universities -

In order to undertake B Arch degree course you are required to have PCM at +2 stage. Therefore, you are not eligible for admission in B Arch degree course.

Hey Rishika,
There are many best colleges in India to go for Architecture but I will suggest you to go for NATA first. It's score is considered by many good universities and also offer scholarship based on that. If you are not interested in competitive exams you can consider taking admission in following colleges. They are having excellent placement records and overall rankings.
