If you have solved all the problems, but you have not marked the correct answer or not updated it as answered, then it will be not considered for the evaluation. It is difficult to tell the same as cut off varies every year. If cut-off goes upto 190-200 then there is a fair chance of getting a NIT.

Yes you can, try to apply for the NITs and also for the Spans might be that you can get a good SPA in the last round of the counselling.
