For admission into Architecture course, NATA/ JEE Mains paper 2 is mandatory. But, you don't have to worry. There is one more NATA exam scheduled on July 7th, register for the exam and write it.

Also, there are a lot of solved question banks for NATA and JEE Paper 2 exams, that would be helpful for you, more than this the sketching ability improvement would be a great addition for these exams. Yes, you can attend both KCET and NATA. It would important for a candidate to register for KCET in order to attend counseling process conducted by state exam authority for a government merit seat.

R. Gupta's Step to Architecture, is one among the good books to prepare for NATA there are a lot more good books, solved answer books of both NATA and JEE Mains paper 2 which may also help a candidate prepare for NATA 2019.
