There are many reputed colleges in India that offer admission to civil engineers in Masters in Urban and Regional planning. The following colleges offer admission based on personal interview, entrance test and pervious academic record:
1. School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi
2. School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal
3. SPA, Vijayawada
4. CEPT University, Ahmedabad
Colleges that offer admission based on GATE score:
1. IIT Kharagpur
2. IIT Roorkee
3. VNIT, Nagpur
4. SVNIT, Surat
5. IIT Powai (Rural Planning)

School of Planning and Architecture in Bhopal, Delhi and Vijayawada offer Masters in Urban and Regional planning irrespective of States. Your admission is based on previous academic record, entrance examination, personal interview and GATE score. You can also opt for CEPT university, Indian institute of Remote Sensing Dehradun (M.Tech in Remote Sensing and GIS with specialisation in urban and regional planning).

You can pursue M.Tech without GATE score as well. SPA Delhi, SPA Bhopal and SPA Vijaywada. These colleges offer M.Plan in Urban and Regional planning, Transport and Environment, Infrastructure Planning. These colleges offer seats based on your past record, entrance examination and personal interview. You can also go for CEPT university which offer admission based on SKYPE interview and written and oral test!

Hi,
No, IITs don't consider NATA 2019 exam scores. Only JEE Mains papers 2 scores and AAT scores are considered for admission in IITs or NITs across India.

Hi,
AAT does not consider NATA 2019 exams for Architecture. You can give your JEE Mains paper 2 exam meant for architecture/design entrance only for consideration in AAT.

Hi,
According to the Council of Architecture admission guidelines, a candidate applying to any school/college of architecture in India should have achieved 40% score in NATA I.e. at least 80/200, for consideration of admission into first year B.Arch.
