I guess, AAT is only for pursuing architecture from the IIT's
For NITs, only your JEE marks are enough.
Is this the Architecture Aptitude Test you are talking about?

You can either get directly admission in some private colleges or you can go for entrance exam for the top colleges. Do appear in entrance exam CAT to get admission into IIMs.

For admission to B.Arch course, you need a valid NATA score. All the architecture colleges require a valid NATA score for admission to architecture courses.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. No, you are not allowed to get NITs with 152 marks and 64.8% in CBSE because you are from general category and your marks do not satisfy NITs cut-off offered for general category. You can try for some other colleges which accept JEE Mains paper 2 score and ranks.
NITs won't be possible for you.
