based on your HSC marks and NATA score it's quite difficult as MIT is the top institution for architecture itself and you need to be loaded with extraordinary marks and certificates just to enter into the competitive environment of MIT.
Now I don't know if you are talking about Massachusetts institute of technology or Manipal institute of technology, as many people get transferred from Indian architecture institution to the MIT, Stanford and London college of architecture so :)

There are no chances of getting admission in any NIT, as of ST category the seats close within 1000 rank.

First of all which college? And, second thing is that I believe you didn't pass the NATA exam, as it is below the eligibility score (if not, then don't mind). And second thing is, that with these scores in both JEE and NATA it is impossible to get admission in a government architecture institution. You may try for some private colleges like Amity University or Galgotias University.
