Yes, you could go for NIT with 22659 rank. You will get one in South region. NIT Calicut, NIT-K are some NITs you will get for architecture. North NITs will be tough to get with this rank.

I hope you are doing well. No, you are not eligible for NIT with 147 marks in JEE Paper 2. Go for government colleges or some private college like DY Patil College, Nirma University, IPS Indore, MS University. You will definitely get colleges with these marks but you are not eligible for NITs

If you are from general category, then you need at least 250 marks for expecting a seat in JMI. For Muslim students, around 180+ is needed. Also, for Muslim women students, the cut-off is lesser than for other students as around 160+ is needed for them.
