Hi Chandrika, Yes, the Diploma candidates can apply for the UGC NET. As per the official notification, the candidates must have completed post graduation degree with more than 55% marks from recognised university. The candidates can apply only for their post graduation or its related subjects only. As you have completed PG in urban planning and development you can apply for UGC NET Population studies. Hello, you can certainly apply for the B.Arch program at MSRIT through the lateral entry. You should have atleast 50 percent in your Diploma.
You need to appear for the entrance exam of KEA/COMDEK.
Candidate should secure atleast 40 percent marks in NATA.

If you want to take admission for B.Arch, you have to pass class 12th with Maths subject, and then you can pursue for it. There are many college that provides this course. You can go for google.
