Hi, It is difficult to tell the cut-off for the college. Sir J. J College of Architecture is one of the top colleges for B.Arch. The minimum eligibility to apply is that a candidate must have secured 80 marks out of 200. Thanks.

Admission is through counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra based on marks obtained in 10+2/ Diploma and score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA).
Selection parameter and weightages:
10+2/ Diploma marks - 50%
NATA score - 50%

No, there is no lateral entry in any legal COA approved architecture college. First, you have to take JEE/NATA and then you need to get yourself registered in the 1st year in order to receive the COA registration after completing the 5-year programme.

Scoring 67.7% in class 12th will not lead you to land up in any IIT/NIT/SPA, and as you have not given NATA, you will not get any good private college either, but some high-end universities in architecture like Poornima University-Jaipur, Amity University, Manipal, etc., will give you the opportunity based on your JEE Mains Paper 2 score.
