Hello Vishnu, if you want to do B.Arch course, you must attempt either NATA or JEE Mains Paper 2, so you must wait till next year.
Or else, you can go for private colleges.
I have the best answer for you- Prepare for NATA and JEE from today onwards and surely you'll crack any of the exams next year.
All the best.

Anyone who has cracked Paper 2 is eligible for counselling.
However, you may not get your desired college as for decent colleges, the minimum board percentage required is 75%, It is 65% for OBC, ST and SC candidates.
Kindly keep that in mind.

No, in Tamil Nadu, the best college is NIT Trichy and Anna University. For both it is difficult as for NIT, the minimum marks are 75% in HSC and around 4000 all India rank for B.Arch. I would suggest a private college in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

No, you need atleast a rank under 1200 for a seat in even second round for that.

There are very few seats for general in both the colleges. Also, in NIT, minimum board percentage should be 75%, so you will not get NIT.
For Sir JJ, the admissions are through 50% board + 50% your competitive scores. Your board percentage seems less, so the chances are very thin.
