Mostly, you won't get a seat in NIT Trichy as last year's closing rank for Other state quota was 831. If you are Tamil Nadu itself, you might have a chance. You can check last years opening and closing ranks here - https://josaa.nic.in/result/result/openingclosingrank.aspx.
