Hi,
Candidates must have cleared NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with the 80% marks conducted by Council of Architecture.
Admissions for students to any of the B.E. Programs /B.Arch. are governed by the rules and regulations of Karnataka Examination authority and Director of Technical Education, Bengaluru. Students willing to join under any of the Quota must have any one rank secured by them in CET (Karnataka) or Comed K exam or JEE at all India level.

All three Spans in India never accepts NATA score for admissions for B.Arch. For pursuing B.Arch in Spans, NITs and some more centrally funded institution, applicant has to give JEE Mains Paper 2. Based on good score of JEE Mains Paper 2, you can assure your seat in these prestigious institutes.

Yes, you can pursue M.Arch after your Bachelors of interior architecture. There are many courses available in many public and private universities in The United States which offers Masters of architecture (3 years graduate degree programme) for candidates who do not have undergraduate architecture background. You can also contact their respective departments for detailed information about the course structure.
