Though well-renowned for its agriculture and allied courses, Assam Agricultural University offers an MBA in Agri-Business. This course would specifically focus on the agriculture sector and rural development. However, it is a lesser-known business school if compared to others for general MBA courses. For agri-business or rural management, it would do. The strengths of the programme are campus environment, faculty, and exposure to agriculture-related industries. If you want more of a traditional or general MBA, you may want to take your search elsewhere to another university that has business education with stronger emphasis.
