With an AUEET 2025 rank of 2472 (General category), it is very unlikely that you will get CSE in Andhra University. In 2024, the closing rank for CSE was around 454 and approximately 1722 in 2023.
You can be certain to get admission from branches furnishing lower (higher rank) cutoffs such as Information Technology (IT) (cutoff ~4003) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) (cutoff ~1561), since they always get filled much higher ranks.

In the case Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (AP EAPCET), since you are an Odia, you would basically be classified as a Non-Local applicant. Eligibility requirements You should be an Indian national and passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology with minimum 45 percent marks (40 percent of the reserved categories). But typically the quotas admission of non-locals is capped at 15% of the total available seats (All India Quota) and you will need to fulfill the domicile criteria (e.g. having studied four years in AP/Telangana schools, or be an OCI/PIO passport holder).

Students from the general category entering Computer Science programs in many educational institutions need to secure a position between the top 1000 and 1200 ranks. The cutoff values for Electronics and Communication branch are from 1100 to 1500 points and Mechanical branch selections typically fall between 1300 and 1700 points. Multiple rounds of counseling sessions are followed by the students admitted under the AUEET: Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test. Commonly, there will be two prominent rounds of counseling, while the initial rounds help fill seats on an open preference basis following merit ranking for seats, subsequent ones allow remaining vacancies and provide chances for students who newly entered into merit rankings.

Depending on the cutoff for that year, you may be able to get into the Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) branch with an AUEET rank of 3537 and be from the SC category. You might have a greater chance because SC category cutoffs are often lower, but for a more precise estimate, it's best to review the cutoffs from prior years.
