Hello, if you wish to study further, you simply need to check the admission requirements on university websites and apply online. As an international student, you have to take the IELTS, an overall score of 6.5 or higher is recommended. You cannot apply for a visa without the admission offer from an university. If you haven't applied already, check for university specific requirements on university websites. Getting into a top university will be difficult basis your academic profile however options like James Cook, La Trobe etc will be available.

Applicants with work experience with more than 2 years are eligible to apply to MBA programs abroad including Australia. If you don't have work experience look for PGDM or Masters in Management programs. A first class is recommended for entry into a good university, additionally take your IELTS. I advice you to further check the university websites for university specific requirements.

Australia and New Zealand tuition fees is 23 lakhs INR and living expenses 15 lakhs INR. In UK, the fees will be 12 lakhs INR and living expenses 10 lakhs INR.
German follows US system. If you have more than 85 % marks, then you will get total free education.
