Hi Saumil,
The date is mentioned on the visa. Once you have been issued the visa, you can enter Australia at any time after the date which is indicated on the visa. Typically, it's around 4 weeks before the course date.

Hi Rahul,
The minimum qualification is 10+2, but if you want to pursue Master's degree then you must be a Bachelor's degree holder.

Yes, Sahil you can. Take your IELTS too. An overall score of 6.5 is recommended. Most LLB programmes require only 10+2, since you have a Bachelors check with the universities for credit transfers.

Hi,
This will depend on the nature of your gap. Universities will evaluate the same. You can further apply for the student visa only after you have been accepted by an university. Decide what to study and check the entry requirements. Submit a good application and on time for better chances of admissions and visa.

Your eligibility for a student loan is independent of the country you are planning to go to for education. It is more dependent on your profile both academic and financial (profile) of parents.

Hi,
Student visa is not given on basis of IELTS score alone. You have to first apply to an university and they must give you the admission offer. 4 is a poor score, consider a retake. Or check with the universities for ELICOS programs which are designed for applicants like you, who don't meet English language requirement. This won't guarantee a visa however.
