There are so many courses to choose from. You need to have more clarity about your career plans and know what you want. I will suggest you to figure out your plans and subject interests, browse through university websites, check the programs they offer and decide what you want to study. Germany is the number one country for mechanical engineering studies. You must maintain your good academic record to be accepted by a German university. Scholarships are given on the merit basis, you may visit the DAAD website for information on scholarships to Indian students. You can learn German language, you need to show interest in research and development, you should work towards a publication for brighter prospects.

Both the countries are equally good as far as education is concerned. However, fee wise Canada is slightly cheaper as compared to Australia. Both the countries offer good stay back options - Canada however has an upper hand.
