You must gain work experience before you apply for an MBA program. Since your graduation percentage is quite low you must focus on obtaining high grades in your PGDBA and also gaining work experience is absolutely necessary.

By no doubts, The University of Melbourne is Australia's best, but there are no particular university known only for accounting course. The top universities are world renowned and valued. You may consider the location, Sydney and Melbourne will offer brighter opportunities.

Are you looking for a PG course or a UG course? No university as such is famous in Australia. There are some Hotel Management Schools like Blue Mountain which are famous. Also, you can look at some TAFE Institutes which offer excellent certificates and also come with Post study work permits and internship options.

While I certainly support the list of the universities mentioned above, I do feel that your academics in your undergrad, GRE & TOEFL besides your strong letter of recommendations & statement of purpose fetches you scholarships. The scholarships comes in different forms at universities at Masters level:
Research Assistant ship
Teaching Assistant ship etc.
The RA & TA is awarded to academically promising students.
Good luck.

I want to confirm if you are looking for MHA as in Masters in hospital administration or Masters in hospitality management or hotel administration. MHA is the common abbreviation for Masters in hospital administration or Masters in healthcare administration.
