With a M.Com degree you must ideally stick to a commerce related field such as Finance or Accounts or an MBA. With the work experience of 2+ years you are also suitable for MBA. I will personally suggest you an MBA on the basis of your profile. You must however take the GMAT and IELTS to be considered for admission. If you are not to keen for giving the exams opt for a MS in Management or Finance or Accounts or International Business and so on. An MBA will help you in all likelihood. Make a trajectory of your career path and then decide what would be best for you to study. Hope this helps and good luck!

ELICOS stands for English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students. It is developed mostly for overseas students coming from countries where English is not the first language. The basis difference is that Graduate Diploma courses are of 1 year while the Graduate Certificate courses are for 0.5 years. You may opt one as per your convenience and planning.
