Please remember before going for pursuing studies abroad you need to first decide does the course will be helpful for you i.e. does it provide good job opportunities in India or abroad.
Please remember the cost of education in US and Australia would be much more as compared to education in India, so you need to decide whether it is worth to invest such a big amount.
US is the best study destination to pursue MS, but the cost of education in US would be much more then Australian universities also getting a US VISA is very difficult.

As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in Australia so for your reference find below the eligibility criteria for the same.
- 12th pass from recognized education board.
- IELTS score.
Please note that you need be 12th pass from full time school, since you have done 12th from NIOS, so it would be difficult for you to get admission in Australian universities for pursuing undergraduate program.

As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree from universities in Australia so regarding this please remember in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Australia you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take IELTS or TOEFL test to prove your english language proficiency.

I think you have also posted another query, which I just responded to, where in I have asked for few information.
While, Australia and New Zealand have always been at the forefront in this sector. However, mostly at the under graduate vocational Education level.
You will find some good quality Master's program in both Australia and New Zealand, and both country presently have work permit options leading to PR.

Please remember GMAT is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MBA from universities abroad.
So in order to pursue MBA from universities in Canada, US and Australia you need to take GMAT test.
Now coming to TOEFL or IELTS, then please remember as then medium of education in universities in Canada, US and Australia is english so all the students whose first or native language is not english have to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency.
