Post graduate Diploma in Canada will cost you between INR 15 Lacs to INR 20 Lacs. It is one year programme and in Canada, if you do this one year programme, you are allowed to stay back for one year. Only if you have done 4 year degree programme, you can do this programme. M.Sc in UK is a one year post graduate degree. This cannot be compared with PG Diploma, because it is a post graduate degree. This is one of the best education system in the world, and you will be learning the latest in the field. On completion of this course, only if you get a job, you can extend your visa for three years under TIER 2 visa. If you don't get a job you have to come back to India. This will cost you around INR 12 Lacs tuition fees and you need another INR 10 Lacs to show for living expenses. You will be able to earn all the money by doing your part time job 20 hours per week. M.Sc in Australia is a two year programme and it will cost you between INR 35 Lacs to INR 40 Lacs. If you can afford you can do this. On completion, you will be given two year stay back option and you can apply for PR after that. You consider your cost and affordability, duration of study, and stay back option and decide which will suit you.

Typically, when you are applying for UG programs abroad, the university will consider you for a scholarship by default at the time of admission. In some case, you need to specify the same in your form. It's all given on the merit basis. Your profile seems good. You must now aim for a very high SAT score (above 1400) to get a chance for the scholarship. You should also note that a full scholarship is very difficult for international students, they hardly give full funding unless you have more than 95% or so in your academics and some brilliant extracurriculars. As of now, you should start checking university websites and understand the admission requirements. Email them for financial aid. Check the deadlines and other requirements.
