Not so good if we talk about MS course. In 2017, there were only 4 companies who offered 4 placement to students with a package of 4.8 and 3 LPA. Companies were Vignan University, Forbes marshell and SVP lasers.

1: IIT-Delhi
2: IIT-Roorkee

Minimum Qualification is Graduation and the Graduation Degree also works out to decide which trade or side you want to join as a surveyor. To join into Motor Survey, you can pursue Diploma in Mechanical or B.Tech.

Sure, you can. As the government universities provide almost free education, so the money spent will only be on the accommodation and food and basic requirements which will not be more than 5-6 Lacs. So, the 2 year MS programme can be completed in your budget.

DSCE is a well-known heritage college with ample opportunities for core branches also.
However, average package is fairly mediocre at 3.5Lpa and median is 4.5 LPA. Placement ratio has hovered Round 75% approximately on average.
Majorly, automobiles sector is prominent Recruiter with various offers in technical roles and some associated management roles.
Some companies have offered Marketing and sales roles plus logistics portfolios as well for automobiles branch.
Some of them are also placed with mass recruiters like Accenture and Infosys for IT roles.
