Yes, you are eligible. The basic eligibility criteria for BE / B.Tech in Automobile Engineering is 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Bio-technology, Bio-informatics, Biomedical with a fairly high percentage of marks in the aggregate.

No, you cannot do automobile engineering if you had biology in 12th. You need to have maths in class 12th then only you will be eligible for this course.

Ye,s you are eligible for Automobile Engineering after completing B.Tech in any stream. You have to give GATE in ME subject for that. You can take Admission in Colleges which offer M.Tech in Automobile Engineering. Distance engineering in any discipline is invalid now, as per the order of Supreme Court. You can do Part Time or Evening classes. If you are thinking about AMIE, then give it a rest. As recognition of AMIE course is still undecided.

If you have qualified JEE Mains and wish to opt for the automobile engineering look for the admit procedure of DTU, NSIT and PEC. These institutes are having great representation in the industrial world.
